Yes, it is exactly what you are thinking it is.  At least if you’re me and not a complete pervert….you damn pervert.  What?  I said complete pervert.  It turns out that Whose Line is it Anyway? is finally being released on DVD.  And all I can say is it’s about farking time.  Of all the crap shows that have been released, to allow this one to list into it’s eighth season without any sign of a DVD release was brutally terrible marketing on WB’s part.  But that has now been rectified.

And to answer your next question, yes, that does say “uncensored.”  September 26th is to be a glorious day my friends.  Glorious.  Like sex, only better.  I have said before that I wish there were more shows out that were worth buying on DVD.  I see no reason to buy a show I’ll only really care to sit through once or twice.  This doesn’t fall in to that category.  It’s like watching Robin Williams Live on Broadway, it’s funny every time you watch it, even though you already know the jokes.  Plus the 30 minute shows are nice, digestable chunks if you just need something to put on for a few minutes.

Some other TV shows on my list though:  Firefly, Dead Like Me, Quantum Leap, and the rest of Buffy.  It’s just hard to come up with shows that have real, genuine, rewatchability.  And the first two on this short list couldn’t even survive the axe of the rediculous broadcasters.  Those bastards.  Oh yeah, I need to get Beavis & Butthead too, because that shit is classic.  A couple seasons of Sliders might not be bad either.  Why can’t someone come up with some really good new sci-fi?  Oh wait, Joss did.  Fuck you very much Fox.
