		<description>Unfortunately, you seem to have missed the point entirely. The claim is that one cannot be certain whether or not climate change is occurring, be it warming or cooling. The conclusion is that the only action that one can justifiably make is to behave in environmentally responsible manners.

You are not wrong about light pollution, which is a great case in point. Perhaps one could assume that at night, there is NO pollution right now in the city. Does that justify producing as much as we can in hopes of bringing up that level? Of course not. In fact, it's all the more reason to do better, to preserve that quality.</description>
